7. Website URLs and Domains

Wedding website URLs are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to:

• Reject or remove URLs that violate our policies
• Reclaim inactive URLs after extended periods of inactivity
• Modify URL structure for technical reasons

8. Intellectual Property

The Curated Knot's platform, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Curated Knot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the past 12 months.

• You may request a copy of your data within 30 days

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
